Refund Policy

At Rideau River Barn Quilts, each piece is crafted with care and attention to detail. While all sales are considered final, we understand that sometimes things happen and we’re committed to making sure you’re happy with your barn quilt.
Custom Barn Quilts
A non-refundable deposit is required to begin work on all custom barn quilts. If you need to cancel, deposits are refundable only if the cancellation is made within 48 hours of payment.
Once your barn quilt is completed and picked up or shipped, it is considered final sale.

Workshop Deposits
Workshop deposits are refundable up to 48 hours before the class. Cancellations made after this window, or no-shows, are non-refundable due to limited class sizes and prep work involved.
Product Issues or Concerns
Although all sales are final, we absolutely stand by the quality of our work. If you ever have an issue with your barn quilt, please contact us right away. Our pieces are made to last for many years when cared for properly, and we’re always happy to help troubleshoot or provide guidance.

We provide detailed care instructions with every barn quilt. Following these guidelines is key to ensuring your artwork lasts as long as it should—whether it’s displayed outdoors or inside.
